Jenette Ramos
Jenette Ramos is an accomplished senior vice president, C-suite leader, and board member. She has extensive experience leading global manufacturing, end-to-end supply chain, infrastructure, and sustainability teams. Jenette has led high performing factories with 18,000 employees and significant corporate functions for commercial aircraft, defense, space, security systems, and global services in the aerospace industry.
She has been recognized by industry as the Top 20 Women in Aerospace and Defense in 2020 by the Society of Manufacturing Engineering; the Society of Asian Scientists and Engineering Asian American Executive of the Year; and the Women of Color Achievement Award. Jenette currently serves on the board of regents for Washington State University.
Jenette completed the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program, earned a master’s degree in business from Seattle Pacific University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Washington State University.
Jenette is actively involved in the community. She served three terms on the Board of Trustees for The Nature Conservancy of Washington and is an active member. She also served on the board of directors for the National Organization on Disability and has been a mentor for the Executive Development Institute.
