Meeting Notice and Agenda

The notices and agendas for Board of Regents meetings can be accessed through OnBoard, our board management software. For information on meetings prior to 2019, please contact the Office of the President.

Upcoming Meeting:

Members of the public are invited to attend the meeting or join via YouTube. Notice and agendas will be posted the Friday prior to the meeting.

Public Comment: The Regents will provide a public comment period at each meeting of the Board.

Sign up to provide public comment using the on-line Request to Provide Public Comment form. For regular meetings, the form will be available at 8:00 a.m. Friday the week prior to the meeting and will close at 5:00 p.m. the Thursday before the meeting. If Friday is a holiday, the form will be available starting Thursday. For special meetings, the form will be available 24 hours in advance of the meeting start time.
